She has been instrumental in building innovative 360 content businesses as Global Managing Director for The Story Lab, Managing Director Asia for Endemol Shine Group and Head of Content for Fremantlemedia Asia. She has successfully led more than 500 content deals across Asia and internationally, including building super-brands such as Ninja Warrior, MasterChef, Big Brother, Deal or No Deal, Fear Factor, The Bridge, Humans, Idols, Got Talent and The X Factor.

Arthur runs a fast-growing start-up accelerator out of Singapore and California, working on the intersection of media, games and tech.  Among the bright sparks in this venture have been Mighty Bear Games; a number of highly accomplished female founders and two deep tech ventures focused on Web 3.0. He previously led Discovery businesses in APAC and EMEA, transforming their growth path, in addition to building successful global entertainment franchises for Warner and MTV.

Formerly managing Nippon TV’s global sales team for over 7 years, Cindy brings thirty-five years of television experience in both creative and commercial at this crucial time, as the Japanese domestic industry begins to look outwards. She was responsible for brokering multiple international deals with Nippon TV’s formats such as Shark Tank, Old Enough! and scripted series, such as Mother and Woman.
